This plugin connects to services operated by Wheelluck to show your account and campaign information and to display your campaigns on your website. The Wheelluck widget also uses one third-party service (ipinfo.io) when AI-powered triggers are enabled.
Wheelluck dashboard API (sync.wheelluck.com)
When an administrator opens the Wheelluck page in the WordPress admin, the plugin sends your site URL to sync.wheelluck.com to retrieve your subscription status, credit usage, and active campaign.
Wheelluck app (app.wheelluck.com)
When an administrator clicks “Open Wheelluck Dashboard”, the browser opens app.wheelluck.com with your site name, the site admin email address, your country (derived from the WordPress locale), and your site URL, so the store can be connected to a Wheelluck account. The other dashboard links (Change Plan, Edit Promotion, View Statistics, Manage Payments, Help) also open app.wheelluck.com.
Wheelluck widget (cdn.wheelluck.com and sync.wheelluck.com)
The widget is loaded only after an administrator clicks “Enable Wheelluck Integration”. From then on, the widget script is loaded from cdn.wheelluck.com on the front-end pages of your site, and your visitors’ browsers communicate with sync.wheelluck.com to:
retrieve the active campaign for your site’s domain,
record campaign interactions (for example, device type and the reward won) together with the information a visitor submits in the campaign form (such as email address, name, or phone number),
check whether an email address has already been used in the campaign.
Wheelluck analytics (analytics.wheelluck.com)
When AI-powered triggers are enabled for a campaign, the widget sends the visitor’s page path, traffic source, device type, platform, country, and the current date to Wheelluck’s analytics service at analytics.wheelluck.com to estimate the right moment to show the campaign.

When AI-powered triggers are enabled for a campaign, the visitor’s browser requests https://ipinfo.io/json once to determine the visitor’s country. ipinfo.io receives the visitor’s IP address with this request. The country is then stored in the visitor’s browser (localStorage) and the request is not repeated.
