Free Features

Batch & Expiry Tracking — Add batch entries directly on the product edit page (Inventory tab). Each entry stores batch number, batch date, quantity, and supplier.
Variable Product Support — Track batches independently per variation.
Expiry Report Dashboard — See all products with upcoming expiry dates, color-coded by urgency.
Batch Report Dashboard — Browse all batch records sorted by batch date.
Order Batch Search — Search WooCommerce orders by batch number, including HPOS support.
Expiry Date Display — Optionally show the expiry date on the product page for customers, with configurable date format and lead time.

How to Set It Up

Install and activate the plugin.
Go to any product edit page → Inventory tab → enable “Enable Expiry & Batch Tracking”.
Fill in the batch table with your batch entries.
Use the Batch & Expiration Dashboard (under Products menu) to monitor stock.

Use Case Example
You have 100 bags of coffee: 40 units expire in 30 days, the other 60 expire next year. Enter two batch entries with different quantities and expiry dates. The Expiry Report immediately flags the 40 at-risk units so you can plan promotions in time.
Why We Built This
We needed a straightforward way to track perishable inventory in our own WooCommerce store. Existing plugins were either too complex, incomplete, or no longer maintained. So we built our own — and made it available to the community.
