Important!
Ensure that the configured user has sufficient rights to fetch and save data into SugarCRM using the REST API.
The widget can be utilized only once per page. If it appears more than once on a single page, it will not function properly.
Essential: Save your SugarCRM URL, username, and password. Without this information, the plugin will not operate.
For the ‘Pass User Remote Address with Every Lead’ function to work, you need to create a custom field in your SugarCRM lead module called ‘lead_remote_ip’.
Proceed to make the field hidden and input its value in the Widget arguments on the Widgets page. This feature can be optimized to determine the source from which the lead is generated on your website.
