Reverse vs. Additive Mode
Reverse (deduction): Extracts a percentage FROM the entered amount.
Example: $100 with 10% tax → Tax: $9.09, Net: $90.91
Additive (markup): Adds a percentage ON TOP of the entered amount.
Example: $100 with 10% markup → Markup: $10.00, Total: $110.00
