This plugin relies on Voice Logica AI (https://www.voicelogica.ai), an external service that powers AI Voice Agents for your store. By using this plugin, your WordPress site will communicate with Voice Logica AI servers.
What the service is and what it is used for:
Voice Logica AI provides voice-powered customer support. When you connect your store, the plugin sends connection data and feature settings to Voice Logica AI’s servers. Voice Logica AI’s Voice Agents then use your WooCommerce REST API (via securely stored credentials) to perform actions such as searching products, retrieving order history, and creating orders—on behalf of your customers, via voice.
What data is sent and when:
* On Connect: Site URL, store name, store address, country, admin email, admin name, and WooCommerce API credentials (consumer key and secret) are sent to Voice Logica AI to establish the connection.
* When saving settings: Site URL, admin email, and enabled feature flags (e.g., order creation, product search) are sent to keep Voice Logica AI in sync with your preferences.
* During voice interactions: Voice Logica AI calls your WooCommerce REST API directly (from their servers to your site) using the stored credentials, so customer and order data flows between your site and Voice Logica AI when handling voice requests.
