Installation & Complete Setup
STEP 1: Install Required Plugins
Install and activate Formidable Forms Pro (requires valid license)
Install and activate the Forms to PDF Add-on

STEP 2: Create a PDF View
If you haven’t yet, go to Formidable → Forms and create a new form (or use an existing one)
To customize how you want the form data displayed in PDF, go to Formidable → Views and click “Add New”
Create a new View to serve as your PDF template
Using the built-in View Layout builder, start designing your layout however you like
Add the form fields you want to appear in your PDF
Click “Save Layout” when you are done designing
Publish the view (very important – drafts won’t work!)
Note the View ID – you’ll see it in the Views list or in the URL when editing
STEP 3: Configure This Plugin
Go to Formidable → PDF View Settings
Enter your PDF View ID from Step 2
Click “Save Changes”
STEP 4: Test the Functionality
Go to Formidable → Entries
Click on any entry to view its details
Look for “Download View PDF” button in the entry actions dropdown (top-right area)
Click to download your formatted PDF
