This is a plugin for wordpress to intergrate the varnish cache for high performance websites.
This plugin will purge the cache on,
Post changes (new, edit, trash, delete).
Page changes (add, edit, remove)
Comment changes (add, edit, approve, unapprove, spam, trash, delete)
