Have your customers give you reviews to rate your service and make sure only the good ones are posted on social media or where you want. Capture low ratings and ask for feedback to help make sure your customers are happy and so bad reviews don’t see the light of day.
Star Rating and Review form
Preset threshold ratings (below three are bad, above three are good)
Option to add only two social media platforms (Facebook, Google)
Good ratings show options to submit the reviews to share only on social media (Facebook, Google)
Bad ratings are directed to a feedback form
Feedback form submissions are stored in the website admin
