Header Footer Builder’s admin dashboard runs entirely on custom REST API routes under the ultihefo/v1 namespace (template CRUD and display-condition storage), so header/footer templates and their conditions are scriptable from any REST client or external tool with the right permissions.
ultihefo_demo_capability_check — a filter to change the capability required to manage templates and call the REST endpoints (defaults to manage_options)
Templates are stored as a standard custom post type (uthf_header), and conditions are saved in a single post meta field — both readable with normal WordPress APIs (get_post, get_post_meta)
