Many online store categories (research chemicals, peptides, supplements, and other high-risk niches) get instantly rejected or banned by automated payment processors such as PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, or Affirm. TrustLane Manual Gateways solves this by adding four independently configurable manual/offline payment methods to your store’s checkout, with no bannable API connection involved.
Key Features
Four separate payment methods you can enable individually: Venmo (Manual), PayPal (Friends & Family), Cash App / Zelle, and Direct Invoicing / Phone.
Per-method settings: custom title, description, account identifier (handle/email/phone), a bold warning notice, payment instructions, custom field label, and an optional icon.
Mandatory reference field at checkout (e.g. “Sender Username / Transaction ID”) with server-side validation — orders can’t be placed without it.
Automatic order holding: orders are placed on “On hold” status until you manually verify the payment, instead of jumping straight to Processing.
Instant admin verification: the customer’s submitted reference and chosen method are shown directly on the order screen and in a dedicated Orders list column.
Automatic customer communication: payment instructions are shown on the Thank You page and appended to the On-hold and Processing order emails.
Polished checkout UI: card-style payment method selection with clean styling, scoped only to the checkout page.
Built for compatibility: works with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and the block-based cart/checkout, and is coded to avoid conflicts with themes, Elementor, or other plugins.
