Tom Volz Unpaid Order Follow-Ups for WooCommerce is a WooCommerce payment reminder plugin for automatically following up on orders that have not been paid yet.
Create multiple reminder rules, choose when each reminder should be sent, target Pending payment and/or On hold orders, and customize the email content. Customers can use a direct payment link to complete the individual order.
Reminders are scheduled through WooCommerce Action Scheduler and stop automatically when the order is paid.
The free version includes the complete core workflow for automated unpaid-order follow-ups.

How It Works
Create a reminder rule and choose the delay.
Select the WooCommerce order statuses the rule should apply to.
Customize the email subject, heading and content.
Add the payment link placeholder so customers can complete payment directly from the reminder.
Save the rule and Action Scheduler handles the scheduled follow-up.
When the order is paid, further reminders stop automatically.
