An order was placed — but the payment never arrived.
Tom Volz Unpaid Order Follow-Ups for WooCommerce automatically follows up with customers when their WooCommerce order is still unpaid. Create multiple reminder rules, choose when each reminder should be sent, customize the email and include a direct payment link for the individual order.
The important difference is control: you are not limited to a single reminder.
Create several follow-ups with different delays and messages, apply them to Pending payment and/or On hold orders, and let the plugin stop further reminders automatically when the order is paid.
Why use it?
Multiple reminders — not just one
Create multiple reminder rules and build a complete follow-up sequence.
For example:

First reminder after 24 hours
Another reminder later with different wording
A further follow-up when the order is still unpaid

Each rule can have its own delay, status, subject, heading and email content.
Direct payment link
Every reminder can include the payment link for the individual unpaid order.
The customer can use the link to continue payment without having to search for the original order.
Stop automatically when paid
Once the order is paid, the follow-up process stops automatically. You do not need to manually remove scheduled reminders for orders that have already been completed.
Works with existing unpaid orders
New rules are applied automatically to matching new orders. Existing unpaid orders can also be synchronized so they can enter the reminder workflow.
See what is happening
The dashboard gives you an overview of unpaid orders and reminder activity, while individual orders show reminder count and the last reminder timestamp.

How it works

Create a reminder rule.
Choose the order status and delay.
Customize the subject, heading and email content.
Add the payment link placeholder where customers should continue payment.
Save the rule.
Matching unpaid orders are scheduled automatically.
Further rules can create additional follow-ups.
Reminders stop automatically when the order is paid.

The free plugin provides the core unpaid-order follow-up workflow, including multiple reminder rules, payment links, flexible delays, test emails and existing-order synchronization.
An optional Pro version adds additional recovery controls such as product and category exclusions, payment-method rules, coupons, recovery analytics and automatic order cancellation.
