您可以使用這個 shortcode 來顯示最新文章，而且還可以使用多種參數，以下是使用這個 shortcode 時的參數：
Category：[wp_ticker category="5"]（您要顯示文章的跑馬燈 ID）
Ticker Title：[wp_ticker ticker_title="News Tickers"]（您要顯示的跑馬燈標題）
Color：[wp_ticker color="#000"]（更改文章內容的顏色）
Title Color：[wp_ticker title_color="#000"]（更改跑馬燈標題的顏色）
Background Color：[wp_ticker background_color="#2096CD"]（更改新聞跑馬燈標題的背景顏色）
