It’s an easy to use and free plugin that you can add to your wordpress. After activating this plugin, your wordpress website will have a button on bottom right corner, on click of which – a chatbox will open, people visiting your website can open the chatbox, provide their full name, mobile number and their query or requirement and hit Send button. That person will see a thank you message and you will receive these details on your mobile phone through sms. You can contact your proposed customer directly. Make sure you have registered and created your company on https://app.textdrift.com and you have an app key from the same.
After the installation of the plugin:
1. Activate Plugin
2. Go to Settings of Text Drift (you can also find the link in left menu of admin panel)
3. On settings page – add App Key, Status (Active), Profile Picture(optional) and Click on Save Settings button.
That’s it!
Now, visit your wordpress website, you should be able to see one icon at bottom right corner.
