Every FluentCRM install accumulates tag debt: VIP, vip and V.I.P living side by side, dozens of tags from old campaigns with zero subscribers, names nobody remembers the meaning of. FluentCRM itself has no bulk tools to fix this — managing 100+ tags one by one is painfully slow.
Tag Toolbox fixes that in one screen:
Merge tags — tick the duplicates, pick the survivor, done. Subscribers are moved over without creating duplicates, sources are deleted
Duplicate detector — finds tags whose names differ only by case, spaces or dashes
Delete unused — one click removes every tag with zero subscribers
Rename in place — fix a name without touching the slug, so nothing referencing the tag breaks
