這個外掛不適合大部分的 WordPress 使用者。它會阻止 WordPress 自動更新，這是不建議的。唯一你可能需要使用這個外掛的理由是如果你修改了 WordPress 核心檔案，而你希望 WordPress 停止使用其自動安全更新來改寫它們。否則，你應該讓 WordPress 自動更新。注意：最近更新於四月十九日。

This plugin is not for most WordPress users. It will stop WordPress from automatically updating witch is not recommended. The only reason you might need this plugin is if you have modified your WordPress core files and you want WordPress to stop overwriting them with their automatic security updates. Otherwise you should probably just let WordPress auto update.
