Stella Chatbot stores data locally in your WordPress database:
Chatbot settings and FAQ entries configured by administrators.
Visitor chat messages, chatbot replies, matched keywords, session IDs, and timestamps.
This plugin does not require an external service to operate and, by default, does not send chat data to third-party services.
You can choose to delete all plugin data on uninstall from the plugin settings (Danger Zone).
