External services
This plugin connects to the Biogr.id API, our own backend service, to manage your “link in bio” page. This is required for the plugin’s core functionality.
The plugin sends data to Biogr.id at the following times:
– When you enter and save your API Key: your API Key and, for each connected account, your Instagram account ID.
– Whenever you use the Grid Manager to change how many posts are shown, or to link, unlink, pin, or unpin a post: your Instagram account ID, the number of posts to display, and the post ID/link and action being performed.
– Whenever a Settings page loads the embedded Biogr.id dashboard: your site’s URL, the plugin name and version, and (once connected) your API Key.
– When the plugin re-validates your stored API Key (a periodic self-check): your API Key.
No Instagram access token is sent to Biogr.id by this plugin; Instagram account linking is handled by Biogr.id and Facebook directly.

This plugin integrates with Google Tag Manager (GTM) to enable tracking and analytics capabilities on your website.

Source Code
The files in assets/build/ (frontend.js, settings.js and their .asset.php companions) are compiled from the human-readable TypeScript/React source bundled with this plugin under src/, using the build configuration in webpack.config.js, tsconfig.json, babel.config.js and package.json.
To rebuild from source:
1. Run npm install in the plugin directory.
2. Run npm run build:prod (or npm run start for a local dev server).
3. The compiled output is written to assets/build/.
