✅ What’s New in Version 3.2.3
Zero frontend DB overhead — Migrations now run only in wp-admin, WP-CLI, and cron — not on every visitor page load. A version sentinel means they’re skipped entirely once the schema is current.
Settings removed from global alloptions — smartpay_settings is no longer autoloaded on every WordPress page, reducing the alloptions cache size site-wide.
Settings global fixed — $smartpay_options is now populated after plugins_loaded so Pro and other add-on filters apply before the global is frozen.
Cleaner bootstrap — wp-admin/includes/plugin.php is no longer loaded on frontend requests.
