Date & Calendar Rules
Control which dates customers can select based on your operating schedule.

Minimum Lead Time: Set the minimum number of days between the order date and the earliest delivery date (for example 0 for same day, 1 for next day).
Maximum Days Ahead: Limit how far in the future a delivery date can be selected (for example 30 days).
Daily Cutoff Time: Orders placed after the cutoff time move the earliest available delivery date forward by one day.
Working Days: Choose the days of the week on which deliveries are available.
Blocked Dates: Block specific dates, such as public holidays or maintenance days. Each blocked date can have an internal label.
Max Orders Per Day: Set a limit on the total number of delivery orders per calendar day. Dates that reach the limit are blocked in the calendar.

Time Slots & Capacity
Divide the delivery day into time windows and limit how many orders each window accepts.

Custom Time Slots: Define slots with a name, start time and end time (for example “Morning (08:00 – 12:00)”).
Slot Capacity: Set the maximum number of orders per slot per day. When a slot reaches its limit it is shown as “Full” at checkout and cannot be selected.
Slot Days: Limit a slot to specific days of the week.
Slot Surcharges: Add a fee to a slot, either a fixed amount or a percentage of the cart subtotal. The fee is added to the order at checkout.
Restrict to Categories: Show a slot only when the cart contains products from selected categories.
Restrict to Shipping Zones & Methods: Show a slot only for selected shipping zones or shipping methods. A slot is shown when any selected zone or method matches. Slots refresh when the customer changes the shipping method at checkout. Leave empty to allow all shipping options.

Per-Category Lead Time Rules
Set different lead times for different product categories.

Category Rules: Assign a lead time in days to one or more product categories (for example 1 day for standard products and 3 days for made-to-order products).
Mixed Carts: When a cart contains products from several categories with rules, the longest matching lead time is used. The global minimum lead time is the lower limit.
Category Selector: Categories are selected with a searchable dropdown in the settings.

Customer Rescheduling & Email Notifications
Let customers change a delivery date without contacting the store, and send emails about delivery changes.

My Account Rescheduling: Customers can view their scheduled deliveries and choose a new date and time slot from their WooCommerce account.
Reschedule Controls: Set the maximum number of reschedules per order and how many days before the delivery date a customer must reschedule at the latest.
Allowed Order Statuses: Choose which order statuses allow rescheduling (for example Processing and On Hold).
Delivery Reminder Email: Send a reminder email to the customer a set number of days before the delivery date. The reminder is scheduled with WP-Cron.
Date Change Email: Send an email to the customer when an administrator changes the delivery date of an order.
Administrator Email: Optionally notify the administrator when a customer reschedules a delivery.

Checkout Display & Placement
Choose how and where the selector appears at checkout.

Slot Display Style: Show time slots as grid buttons or as a dropdown.
Checkout Positions: Place the selector before the payment methods, before or after the order notes, before the customer details, or select None for manual placement.
Shortcode: Use [wpcdt_picker] (aliases: [wpcdt_delivery_picker] and [wpcdt_delivery_date_picker]) to place the selector at a custom location on a classic checkout page.
Countdown Message: Show a message such as “Order within 02:45:10 for delivery on Friday, Dec 12”. The text can be customized with the [TIME] and [DATE] placeholders.
Required Fields: Choose whether a delivery date and a time slot are required to place an order.

Import / Export

JSON Import / Export: Export delivery rules, time slots and blocked dates to JSON and import them on another site.

Use Cases
Delivery Scheduling & Calendar
1. Same-day delivery with a cutoff time
Set Minimum Lead Time to 0 days, Working Days to Monday–Saturday, and Daily Cutoff Time to 12:00. Customers ordering before 12:00 can select today. Customers ordering after 12:00 are offered tomorrow as the earliest date.
2. No weekend deliveries
Uncheck Saturday and Sunday in Working Days. Weekends are disabled in the calendar.
3. Holidays and closure dates
Add dates such as 2026-12-25 or 2026-01-01 to Blocked Dates so customers cannot select them.
Time Slot Capacity & Surcharges
4. Morning and evening slots with capacity limits
Create “Morning (08:00 – 12:00)” with Max Orders / Day = 15 and “Evening (17:00 – 20:00)” with Max Orders / Day = 10. After 15 morning orders for a date, the morning slot is shown as “Full” for that date.
5. Express delivery surcharge
Create an “Express” slot with a surcharge of 10.00 or 15%. The fee is added to the cart total at checkout.
6. Slots for chilled goods
Restrict a “Refrigerated Transport” slot to the “Frozen Foods” and “Perishables” categories. The slot is shown only when the cart contains products from these categories.
Per-Category Lead Time
7. Mixed cart lead time
Assign a 1-day lead time to “Standard Items” and a 4-day lead time to “Custom Engraved Gifts”. When a customer buys both in one order, the 4-day lead time applies.
Customer Rescheduling & Notifications
8. Rescheduling from My Account
Enable Customer Rescheduling with Maximum Reschedule Attempts = 2 and Minimum Days Before Delivery = 1. Customers can change the delivery date up to two times, at least one day before the scheduled date.
9. Delivery reminder email
Enable the delivery reminder with Send Reminder X Days Before = 1. The customer receives an email one day before the scheduled delivery date.
Compatibility

Checkout: The selector is displayed on the classic WooCommerce checkout. The WooCommerce Checkout block is not supported.
WPC Estimated Delivery Date (wpced): When wpced is active, the delivery date chosen by the customer replaces the estimated date.
