Simple Affordability Calculator Features:

Find out how much they can afford spending per month on their mortgage payment.
Figure out what is the best budget for buying a property and start planning for their mortgage.
Enter their desired monthly mortgage amount, interest rate and mortgage length in years and calculate how much they are about to pay in total, how high is the interest paid and what is the maximum loan they can ask in order to afford it.
Select “Calculate” and wait a few seconds for the results to appear.
