Stop clicking into every WooCommerce order to find product details, customer information, or order notes. OrderFusion Lite puts the missing information directly in your orders list — no code, no configuration files, no new admin pages.
Filter orders by product, customer, status, and more
Combine multiple filters and see results instantly. Filter WooCommerce orders by product name, SKU, UPC, EAN, or GTIN. Narrow results by order status, shipping method, payment method, total amount range, date range, customer name, or sales channel (online store, POS, REST API).
All filters apply via AJAX — the page doesn’t reload. Type a product name and watch the list update in real time.
Add useful columns to the orders list
Show Products, Customer Note, Phone, and Email directly in the orders list. No more opening every order to find basic information. Toggle columns on and off from Screen Options. Drag to reorder.
Export filtered orders to CSV
Export selected orders or all filtered results to CSV. Batch processing handles thousands of orders without browser timeouts. Open the CSV in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or LibreOffice.
