原文外掛簡介
This plugin asks your customers for a review on your Google Business Profile — the public profile that shows up in search and on Google Maps. It does not manage WooCommerce product reviews.
Most stores never ask, and the ones that do usually ask at the wrong moment. This plugin asks automatically, a set number of days after an order is marked complete, with a direct link to your Google profile.
Everything below is free and stays free. There is no locked feature, no trial, and nothing expires.
Sends a review request by email a configurable number of days after an order completes
Uses your own Google review short link
Skips customers whose order was later refunded, cancelled, or failed
Never asks the same customer twice for the same order
Full log of every request, including the ones deliberately skipped and why
Shows what proportion of your orders carry a phone number
Optionally requires a mobile number at checkout, and labels the field “Mobile number”
Works with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage
Sending over WhatsApp instead (optional)
Email review requests work, but most customers do not open them. If you also use ScoreJack, you can paste your API key into the settings screen and the same request is sent over WhatsApp instead — with two polite follow-ups if the customer does not post, and then it stops for good.
WhatsApp replaces the email for that customer rather than sending as well, so nobody is asked twice. Orders without a phone number still go by email.
This is entirely optional. The plugin is fully functional without a ScoreJack account, and if you disconnect, stop paying, or your trial ends, the plugin automatically goes back to sending by email and tells you it has done so. Requests are never silently dropped.
External service
This plugin does not contact any external service unless you choose to enter a ScoreJack API key.
If you enter a key, the plugin communicates with ScoreJack (https://www.scorejack.com), a third-party service that sends review requests over WhatsApp:
What is sent: the customer’s name, phone number, email address, and your order number, at the point a review request becomes due. Your API key is sent with each request to identify your account.
When: when an order becomes due for a review request, and periodically to check whether your subscription is still active.
Why: so ScoreJack can message that customer on WhatsApp on your behalf.
ScoreJack is a paid service and requires an account. Terms of service: https://www.scorejack.com/terms — Privacy policy: https://www.scorejack.com/privacy
