Scinorx Lead Chat helps small business websites capture enquiries, save every lead inside WordPress, and continue follow-up through a prepared WhatsApp chat link.
Many small businesses prefer to reply quickly through chat, but a simple click-to-chat button can lose important enquiry details. Scinorx Lead Chat adds a lightweight enquiry form that stores the visitor’s name, phone, email, service interest, message, and source page before opening the chat handoff.
The visitor still reviews and sends the prepared message in WhatsApp. Your WordPress dashboard keeps the saved lead record, so you have a follow-up list even if the chat is not completed.

How It Works
