Sanestly Staff Order Alerts for WooCommerce helps shop owners send operational order emails to staff, warehouse, or production teams. You can preview rules on a real order, and the activity log never presents wp_mail acceptance as confirmed delivery.
HPOS compatibility is declared after testing both enabled and disabled HPOS modes, including dual write.
Free capabilities:
Multiple rules: status transition (default Processing), products, categories, shipping class
Recipients: WordPress users and owner entered external email addresses
Safe visibility defaults for external addresses and mixed orders
Preview on an existing order without sending
