We had a client who want to be able to put a link to his rss feed in his sidebar. Oddly enough we didn’t find anything readily available to do that without adding code to his theme files. We decided to create a little widget to handle this functionality. It has the following features and is freely available right here:

Selection of Standard Feed Icon (feedicons.com) in six different sizes
Enter any feed URL
We’ve added a new widget that will dynamically construct the Feed URL for the archive that the user is looking at. This means if a user is looking at the blog home page, the feed will be the main blog feed. However if the user is looking at a specific category, the URL for the feed will be of that specific category. If the user is not visiting an archive page, the widget will not be displayed.

- 方法一：點下方版本號的連結下載 ZIP 檔案後，登入網站後台左側選單「外掛」的「安裝外掛」，然後選擇上方的「上傳外掛」，把下載回去的 ZIP 外掛打包檔案上傳上去安裝與啟用。
- 方法二：透過「安裝外掛」的畫面右方搜尋功能，搜尋外掛名稱「RSS Icon Widget」來進行安裝。
（建議使用方法二，確保安裝的版本符合當前運作的 WordPress 環境。
