How it works
Go to WooCommerce → Restrict Checkout in your WordPress admin
Click Add New to create a rule
Choose Restrict By Cart Quantity or Restrict By Cart Total
Set your condition (for example, cart items quantity less than 2)
Write a custom message that the customer will see if checkout is blocked
Publish
Done. The rule is live on both the classic checkout and the new Cart & Checkout Blocks.
