External Services
This plugin integrates with the external Renexa AI Cloud platform (https://renexa.store) to provide real-time cart tracking, COD risk analysis, and notification delivery.
What data is sent: When a shopping cart is updated or an order is created, the plugin transmits cart contents (item names, quantities, line totals, currency), order identifiers, and customer contact information (customer name, email address, phone number, shipping city) to the merchant’s configured Renexa webhook endpoint.
When and why: Data is securely transmitted via asynchronous HTTPS requests whenever checkout totals are calculated or an order is completed. This data is required by the Renexa AI engine to evaluate Cash on Delivery fraud risk, prevent fraudulent checkout attempts, attribute marketing revenue, and send automated recovery notifications.
