這個外掛是為了Restrict Content Pro 外掛而設計的，可實現歐盟增值稅（VAT）規則，並配合Stripe支付閘道使用。
使用dannyvankooten的PHP代碼實現VIES增值稅識別號碼即時驗證功能。
