[ratevo_form] — display the review submission form
[ratevo_reviews] — display the reviews grid
Optional attributes for the reviews shortcode:
* per_page — number of reviews to show (default 12, use -1 for all)
* theme — override theme: modern | minimal | dark | rounded | corporate
* rating — minimum star rating filter (e.g. rating=”4″)
