Locations include:

Country can be detected by:
billing country,
shipping country, or
automatically by visitors IP.
State, city and postcode can be detected either by:
billing state/city/postcode, or by
shipping state/city/postcode.
🏆 Premium Version
Free version allows setting options for all standard gateways, i.e.:
Direct bank transfer,
Check payments,
Cash on delivery (COD),
PayPal.
With the Pro version you can set options for any payment gateway (including custom gateways).
