Papex University Schedule is a flexible WordPress scheduling plugin for creating, managing, importing, exporting, printing, and publishing schedules.
It was originally developed for universities and other educational institutions, but its scheduling system can be used for many other purposes. You can use it for class timetables, employee schedules, work shifts, duty rosters, appointments, service teams, training sessions, meetings, events, field work, room schedules, and personal planning.
The plugin is useful anywhere you need to organize activities by date and time and display them as a clear monthly calendar on a WordPress website.
More than a university timetable
The plugin uses educational terms such as groups, teachers, rooms, and lessons, but these entities can also represent other kinds of schedules:
Group can represent a class, department, team, crew, shift, project, or category.
Teacher can represent a teacher, employee, technician, specialist, trainer, consultant, or responsible person.
Room can represent a classroom, office, workplace, facility, site, address, or other location.
