Add internal fields to WooCommerce orders for priorities, supplier references, dates and quality checks. Display selected fields as Orders columns, then search, sort and filter their values.
Free is a complete, usable plugin: all the features in the Free section below work without a paid license, trial or external account. Order Workspace Pro is a separate, optional add-on for teams that need faster editing and reusable filters.
What you can do with Free
Start with optional initial fields: choose Priority, Internal stage and Expected date, then customize them. Existing fields and order values are preserved.
Create internal order fields: Text, Long text, Number, Select, Yes/No and Date.
Edit values on individual orders: keep information with the order, not in separate notes.
Show fields as Orders columns: review priority, supplier or expected dates without opening each order.
Sort supported columns: order the list by text, number, date, Select option or Yes/No value.
Search internal information: use the main WooCommerce search with Workspace values, search only Workspace fields or target one field.
Filter by a Workspace field: narrow the Orders list by a field and its value. For Select fields, use “is not” to exclude an option while including orders with no value.
Add optional value colors: assign suggested or custom colors to Select options and Yes/No values, with readable text and a live preview.
Choose editable order statuses: decide when Workspace values can be changed on orders. All registered statuses are enabled on a new installation; saved choices are preserved.
Organize your fields: reorder and duplicate definitions as your workflow changes.
Keep historical values: archive and restore fields, or retire Select options without removing existing order values.
Delete deliberately: permanently remove archived fields and their stored values using safe background cleanup.
Choose whether each field appears on the order page, as a column or as a filter. These fields are never shown to customers.
When Order Workspace Pro is useful
Free lets you set up the fields, use them on orders and find the information you need. If your team repeatedly updates many orders or uses the same filter combinations, the optional Order Workspace Pro add-on provides:
Inline Editing: update supported Workspace values from the Orders list without opening individual orders.
Bulk Editing: change supported Workspace fields on up to 100 selected orders, processed in batches.
Multiple Filters: combine up to 10 Workspace conditions with AND logic, including tomorrow and next N days.
Saved Views: save personal filter combinations or share them with users who can access this store’s orders. Store managers control shared changes.
Date indicators: highlight overdue dates, today and up to five future ranges with configurable colors.
Workspace CSV: export up to 100 selected orders and 20 Workspace fields with readable values and optional product names and quantities.
Pro does not replace Free: the paid add-on requires this free plugin to be installed and active. You can keep using Free without upgrading.

Designed for WooCommerce
Supports High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and legacy order storage through WooCommerce order APIs and CRUD.
Supports Administrator and Shop Manager workflows with WordPress permissions and request validation.
Supports WordPress Multisite with Workspace data isolated per site.
Stores Workspace definitions and values in the site’s WordPress/WooCommerce database.
Does not require an external account or send Workspace order data to a remote service.
Does not add checkout fields, customer-facing output or customer emails.
Order Workspace manages fields created by Order Workspace; it is not a general-purpose editor for arbitrary metadata created by other plugins.
Workspace settings controls editing of internal fields only, including Pro inline and bulk editing. It does not unlock order items, payments or totals. CSV export can read an authorized order even when Workspace editing is disabled for its status.
Long text supports the individual order editor and a list column. It does not support sorting, filtering, inline editing or bulk editing. Pro CSV can export it.
