WPNoti is useful for merchants, shop managers, agencies, and anyone who needs fast WooCommerce order alerts and mobile store management. Setup takes only a few minutes:
Install and activate Noti for WooCommerce.
Open WooCommerce → Noti.
Create a free WPNoti account or sign in.
Pair your store with the WPNoti app.
Creating an account is free. Optional Pro features are billed by WPNoti outside WordPress.
Your store does not send data to WPNoti until a store manager chooses Connect under WooCommerce → Noti. Visitor tracking is disabled by default and can be enabled separately.
Stay informed with real-time store alerts
Important WooCommerce activity comes directly to your phone. WPNoti can notify you about new orders, form submissions, checkout problems, store errors, and new administrator or shop manager accounts. Open an alert to see the useful details and respond faster.
View and manage orders from anywhere
Check customer and order information without opening the WordPress dashboard on a computer. When you want mobile editing, WPNoti uses WooCommerce’s official authorization screen to request access. You remain in control and can revoke that access at any time under WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API.
Until you approve editing, the app has read-only access. Disconnecting the store removes its WooCommerce API key from both your website and WPNoti.
Simple, privacy-conscious visitor analytics
Turn on visitor counting to see unique visitors and page views in the mobile app. This feature is optional and disabled by default.
WPNoti uses a first-party random visitor identifier for counting, not advertising. Visitor records remain on your store, logged-in editors are excluded, and supported consent plugins are respected. Developers can also control tracking with the noti_tracking_allowed filter.
Secure form notifications
Receive mobile alerts for Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, and other supported forms. WPNoti sends a short preview with the notification, while the complete submission is encrypted and stored on your own website.
Connect only when you are ready
Installing the plugin does not automatically connect your store or send store activity. Data sharing begins only after a store manager selects Connect under WooCommerce → Noti.
Privacy and external service disclosure
This plugin connects to WPNoti, a service operated by the plugin author, to provide the mobile app, push notifications, store monitoring, and connected-store features.
During connection, WPNoti receives the store URL, store name, currency, timezone, software versions, and a site token. Once connected, it may receive order summaries, short form previews, store and checkout errors, administrator or shop manager account alerts, and disconnection notices so these events can appear in the app.
The connected app can request orders, products, plugin health, stored form and error events, and visitor counts from the store. Editing orders and products requires separate approval through WooCommerce. The plugin does not provide access to change coupons, customers, users, or WordPress settings.
