No Register & Comments XD is a WordPress plugin that allows you to control user registration and comments on your website. You can easily enable or disable them from the admin panel.
Features

Disable User Registration: Blocks the creation of user accounts.
Disable Comments: Globally disables comments on posts and pages.
Admin Settings Panel: Option to manage registration and comments from Settings → No Register XD in the admin panel.

Usage

Go to Settings → No Register XD in the Dashboard.
Use the checkboxes to:

Enable/disable user registration.
Enable/disable comments.

Click Save Changes.
