Nexura Upload Limits Manager raises the maximum upload file size and lets you set PHP memory, execution time, and storage quotas for roles and individual users.

How It Works
Server Override: Where the host allows it, the plugin writes upload_max_filesize, post_max_size, memory_limit, and max_execution_time to .htaccess or .user.ini.
Chunked Upload: For a file above the chunk size, the browser slices it and the plugin receives each chunk, checks it against the user’s quota, and stores it. After every chunk has arrived, the plugin merges the file and passes that complete file to WordPress.
Usage Tracking: Each attachment is recorded in nexura_upload_logs, with a short-lived cache, so quota checks do not rescan the uploads folder on every request.
