The Netweb Birthday Reminder plugin allows you, as a store owner, to wish your customers on their birthdays. The Store owner configures the plugin by specifying the number of days before an automatic email with a special offer is delivered to your customers.
Features

The General Configuration:
Birthday Reminder Email for Customers:- You can enable this option if you want to send birthday emails to customers.
You can specify the number of days before sending the reminder emails to customers.
Furthermore, you can send birthday reminder emails to yourself and specify the number of days.
Discount Configuration:
You can configure the discount choice that you wish to offer to your customers as a “Birthday Gift” through the Discount Configuration. You can offer your customers a fixed or percentage discount.
You can specify whether you want the discount to be valid from the customer’s birthday or the date the email is sent to them. You can also specify how many days the discount will be active for customers.
Mail Configuration:
You can configure the emails that are sent to customers on their birthdays through Mail Configuration. Once you’ve updated the email’s content, click the save button to save the changes. To receive a test email, select the “Send a Test Email” button.

The text inside ‘{{ }}’ is a variable (e.g., {{customer_name}}).
Do not remove these variables as they represent their respective values.

Birthdays:
This section displays a list of all the customers added, along with their email addresses and birth dates. Furthermore, you can send reminders, change birthday date, and assign discount to customers.
Assign Coupons and View Customer Information:
By choosing the “View Details” button, you can view the customer’s information such as name, email address, and date of birth, as well as assign the discount to the customer by clicking the “Assign Discount.”
When you click the Assign Discount Button, a popup window will open. You must mention the discount details, which include fields such as:
Discount Code
Discount Option: Fixed or Percentage Price
Start date
End date
Discount amount
BIRTHDAY CSV UPLOAD:
Clicking on the upload CSV for Birthdays, you can add customers birthday via CSV in bulk.
There will be the option to upload the file. Please make sure that the CSV to be uploaded is in the same format (see screenshot) otherwise it will show error.
NOTE:
Following plugin activation, customers can enter their discount coupon code in the “Discount Coupon (Optional)” input field on the Woocommerce checkout page.
Additionally, the Woocommerce registration form page will have an input field labelled “Birthday (Optional)” where customers can enter their birth date at the time of registration.
Every day, the plugin will execute a cron job to determine which customers have birthdays, after which an email will be sent.
