NetSights connects your WooCommerce store to Netsights.ai for real-time revenue intelligence and D2C analytics.
Connect from app.netsights.ai (recommended)
You do not need to generate WooCommerce REST API keys or copy an API key from settings. Start from the Netsights app:
Log in at https://dev.netsights.ai
Go to Connection and choose WooCommerce
Enter your store URL and click Connect
Install and activate this plugin when WordPress opens
API Key and Store ID are configured automatically
You are redirected back to app.netsights.ai to choose a plan

Automatic connection – When installed from app.netsights.ai or activated directly in WordPress, credentials are generated and saved for you. No manual setup in WordPress settings.
Real-time Webhooks – Every order, customer, and product event is pushed instantly to Netsights.ai:
– Orders created, status changed, updated, refunded, deleted

Daily Reconciliation Sync – Runs automatically at 2:00 AM every day:

This plugin connects to the Netsights.ai API to sync your WooCommerce store data for revenue intelligence and analytics.
What the service is and what it is used for:
The Netsights.ai API is used to send your store’s orders, customers, products, and checkout events to the Netsights.ai platform. This enables real-time revenue intelligence, D2C analytics, persona insights, and performance tracking.
What data is sent and when:
– Orders: Order details, line items, customer information, payment method, shipping details, and attribution data (UTM parameters) are sent when orders are created, updated, or status changes occur.
– Customers: Customer profiles including email, order history, and billing/shipping information are sent when customers are created or updated.
– Products: Product catalog data including prices, stock levels, categories, and variants are sent during initial import and when products are updated.
– Checkout Events: Checkout completion events with full attribution data are sent in real-time when orders are placed.
– Daily Sync: A daily reconciliation sync runs at 2:00 AM server time to ensure data consistency, sending orders modified in the last 26 hours, full product catalog, and active customer data.
