這個外掛能在多作者的部落格中，只允許編輯者權限級別的使用者編輯文章。
如果文章的狀態為待審核、草稿、預期或已發佈，且是由編輯者 (等級 > 7) 撰寫的，則只有該編輯者或管理員可以編輯該文章。
如果文章的狀態為待審核、草稿或預期，且是由普通使用者 (等級 < 7) 撰寫的，則任何編輯者 (等級 > 7) 或管理員可以編輯該文章。
如果文章的狀態為已發佈，則只有該編輯者、相同使用者 (若權限允許) 或管理員可以編輯該文章。所有其他編輯者將被鎖定以禁止編輯該文章！
這對於鎖定編輯者來編輯其他編輯者先前已發佈的文章非常有幫助。

This plugin allow in a multi auhtor blog, to lock posts by editor permission level.
If a post is on pending, draft, future or publish status, and it’s written by an EDITOR user (Level > 7), the post can be edit only by the author that is the same editor, or by administrator.
If a post is on pending, draft or future status, and it’s written by an normal user (Level < 7), the post can be edit by any EDITOR user (Level > 7) or by administrator.
If a post is on publish status, it’s can be edited only by the same editor, by the same user (if capabilities allow it to edit published post) or by administrator. All others editor user will be locked in order to edit this post!
Then it’s Good for lock Editors capability in order to editing the posts previously published by another editor user.
I suggest this plugin for all Multi Auhtor Blog that use a editor/user revenue ads share like Author Advertising Pro plugin.
