內容簡介
此外掛可以在 WooCommerce 結帳表單中追蹤被遺棄的購物車，並短信通知管理員和客戶以回收被遺棄的購物車。該外掛會以表格方式顯示已遺棄購物車的客戶詳細信息，包括姓名、電子郵件、電話號碼、地點、遺失的商品、總金額和時間。
只有在客戶將購物車保存超過 60 分鐘後，該購物車才被視為被遺棄。如果客戶啟用電子郵件通知，一旦觸發被遺棄購物車，郵件將發送給管理員或特定電子郵件地址。之後，如果管理員未採取任何行動，如向客戶發送電子郵件或短信，將向管理員或特定電話號碼發送短信通知，以回收被遺棄的購物車。
當用戶完成付款並到達 WooCommerce 的「感謝您」頁面時，用戶的詳細信息將從被遺棄的購物車表中刪除。

MoceanAPI Abandoned Carts for WooCommerce
MoceanAPI Abandoned Carts for WooCommerce is a powerful plugin designed to help business owners recover lost customers and increase revenue. Our plugin sends SMS to customers who have abandoned their cart, reminding them to complete their purchase.
This is a plugin that can catch abandoned carts in WooCommerce checkout form and send sms notification to admin and customer for recovering abandoned carts. This plugin showing the customers who have abandoned carts in a table with their details such as name, email, phone number, location, abandoned items, total amount and time.
Cart is considered as abandoned only after customer save it in their cart more than 60 minutes. If customer enable email notification, an email will send to admin or specific email address once triggered abandoned carts. After that, if admin didn’t take any action like send email or send sms to customers, a sms notification will send to admin or specific phone number for recovering the abandoned carts.
User’s details will be removed from abandoned carts table once users complete the payment and reaches WooCommerce “Thank you” page.
