This is the official integration plugin between Melhor Envio, WooCommerce, and the MelhorZap API. With it, you can automate sending tracking messages via WhatsApp in a simple, modern, and powerful way.
Automate your post-sale workflow by sending tracking codes and delivery updates from Melhor Envio directly to your customer’s WhatsApp from your WooCommerce store.
Key Features
Automatic Tracking: Send WhatsApp messages with the tracking code as soon as it’s generated or added to the order.
Order Delivered Notification: Automatically notify your customer when the carrier changes the Melhor Envio status to “Delivered”.
Delivery Failure Notification: Alert the customer via WhatsApp if there’s any failed or canceled delivery attempt by the carrier.
Status Synchronization (WooCommerce): Optionally, automatically change the order status in WooCommerce when it is marked as Delivered in Melhor Envio.
