Quick Start
Install and activate the plugin
Go to Mass Email in the WordPress admin sidebar (look for the envelope icon)
Fill in Subject, From Name, From Email, and your message
Click Send Email To All Users — or filter by role / search and select specific users, then click Send Email To Selected Users

Add these anywhere in your subject line or email body — they’re replaced automatically per recipient:
