Machexa Lite is a free tool for quickly converting basic CNC machining cutting conditions:
Milling, Turning, Drilling
Cutting speed (vc) to spindle speed (rpm) conversion, in both directions
Machining time per part and per batch
Material removal rate (Q)
Switch between millimeters and inches (SFM, in/min, in³/min) with automatic conversion of all values and labels
Drill tip length geometry
Available in English, Czech and German, with a language switch inside the calculator
All calculations run on your own server through your site’s WordPress REST API. The plugin does not connect to any external service and does not store any personal data, except a short-lived hashed form of the visitor’s IP address used for rate limiting (see FAQ).
This is the free (Lite) edition. It does not include a material database, the Detailed calculation mode, calculation history, or export features. Those are available in the paid Machexa PRO edition, see cncprogrammingpro.com/machexa-pro-machining.
