內容簡介

反饋表單是一款簡單、易用且完全可定制的 WordPress 外掛，可用於新增彈出窗口，固定在左側或右側等位置。
您可以顯示任何內容，例如聯繫表單、反饋表單等。在文章/頁面和任何模板文件中使用 Shortcode。如果要在所有頁面上顯示反饋表單，則需要在 header.php 或 footer.php 中放置 Shortcode。

Feedback form is a simple, easy and fully-customizable wordpress plugin used to add popup on fixed position like left side or right side.
You can display any content like contact form, feedback form. Use Shortoce in post/pages/ and any templates file. If you want to show feedback form in all pages then you need to put shortcode in header.php or footer.php
