內容簡介
這個外掛提供了支援工單與即時聊天介面、聯絡表單、前端和後端對話管理、懸浮的聯絡按鈕、回報和聯絡內容作者按鈕。
在後台/前台提供網站支援服務與訊息功能，整合工單管理與即時聊天介面於統一對話界面中。使用者可以自訂聯絡表單，依需要收集每個聯絡或對話所需的客製資料。
網站前端提供支援頁面，用戶可以開啟訊息對話
會員可以直接開啟對話，訪客需要先驗證電子郵件
管理員可以在後台看到並存取對話
對任何文章類型提供回報內容按鈕（可配置）
對任何文章類型提供聯絡作者按鈕（可配置）
將聯絡創建者的資訊添加至 BuddyPress/BuddyBoss 個人檔案，並適用於可配置的角色
針對登入用戶提供我的對話頁面，以便存取自己的工單
