在後台/前台提供網站支援服務與訊息功能,整合工單管理與即時聊天介面於統一對話界面中。使用者可以自訂聯絡表單,依需要收集每個聯絡或對話所需的客製資料。
網站前端提供支援頁面,用戶可以開啟訊息對話
