It also displays banners / modals with targeting conditions like visitor type, device, and date range to boost your site’s engagement.
It also includes a rule-based chatbot (FAQ responses and post search) that logs visitor questions, so you can analyze customer insights — frequent topics and unanswered questions — with the AI assistant.
