Light Poll – WP plugin for vote. With the plugin, you can quickly create a survey, customize its design and display it on the page as a widget or shortcode.
The plugin provides several types of charts.

Installation
Install WordPress. Install “Light Poll” plugin and activate it. After that, a button will appear on the WordPress panel to enter the plugin menu. Open the plugin menu and create a poll (survey).
Customize its appearance and survey responses. Display the survey on the page as a widget or using a shortcode [lightpoll id=”poll_id”].
