Email the customer with a copy of their complaint.
You send an email to the site administrator with the complaint.
The site administrator cannot delete or edit the information sent by the customer.
The “Complaint Book” plugin generates a unique correlative ID in the database which makes it difficult to modify and edit.
All complaints are viewed in the same WordPress dashboard in a clear way.

THIS PLUGIN IS A GENERIC PLUGIN THAT DOES THE BASICS (HAVE THE FORM ONLINE, NOTIFY THE ADMINISTRATOR AND THE USER OF A NEW CLAIM).
