Krom Automation is a visual workflow automation plugin for WordPress that connects what happens on your site to what should happen next, with no code required.
Build automations on a clean drag-and-drop canvas. Choose a trigger (a WordPress event such as a new user, a published post, or a completed order), connect it to one or more actions (send an email, update a record, call an API, run an AI step), and Krom Automation handles the rest automatically every time that event occurs.

All execution happens in the background through WordPress Action Scheduler, so nothing slows down your site or your visitors.
Template Library
Ready-made templates are included across six categories: AI automation, user onboarding, post notifications, comment moderation, scheduled digests, and WooCommerce sequences, plus a blank canvas starter. WooCommerce templates appear in the library when WooCommerce is installed and active. The scheduled digest templates require Krom Automation Pro and stay hidden from the library until Pro is active.

Administrator-configured HTTP Requests
What it is: HTTP requests made by the HTTP Request action to URLs entered by the site administrator.
Data sent: The request URL, method, headers, body, and any workflow data included by the site administrator.
When: Only when a workflow containing an HTTP Request action is triggered.
Endpoint: The endpoint is configured by the site administrator for each action.
Terms of Use and Privacy Policy: These depend on the third-party endpoint configured by the site administrator.
Privacy Policy
Krom Automation stores workflow configuration, execution logs, workflow notes, analytics, variables, and approval records in the WordPress database. Depending on the workflows created by the site administrator, this data may include user IDs, email addresses, post IDs, comment IDs, WooCommerce order IDs, action inputs, action outputs, status messages, and error messages.
Krom Automation can send email through the WordPress mail system, make HTTP requests to administrator-configured URLs, and run AI actions through third-party providers. AI actions send only the configured prompt and workflow data selected by the administrator to the chosen provider, and only when that action runs.
