Severance Pay Calculator for Turkey (Kıdem Tazminatı Hesaplama Aracı) helps employees and employers calculate severance pay according to Turkish Labor Law. Designed for law firms, HR departments, and individual users.
All calculations run entirely server-side (PHP). Visitors cannot access the calculation engine via the browser.
This plugin is designed exclusively for Turkey. Severance pay ceiling values are updated with each release and can also be edited from the settings page, so you do not have to wait for an update when a new ceiling is announced.
What this plugin does:
This plugin calculates only severance pay (kıdem tazminatı) from gross salary. It is a clean, single-purpose tool: your visitors see just the calculator and the result. There are no locked features, upgrade buttons or third-party links on the front end of your site.

Severance pay calculation from gross salary input
Start and end date selection with day / month / year dropdowns that open in place on phones (end date up to December 31 of the current year — supports forward planning)
Monthly additional income support (transport, meals, bonuses, etc.)
Severance pay ceiling control (periodic ceiling values since 2020, editable from Settings)

5-year statute of limitations control
