and published in Jolo, they are imported to WordPress automatically with
a featured image, SEO metadata, author, categories, and publishing
options all set.
Jolo acts as a SEO and content automation tool. It helps businesses
perform keyword research and analysis for SEO, discover content and

you hours of manual work each week.
Main features

Featured images – Automatically import featured images and assign them to imported posts.
Author and category mapping – Choose the WordPress author and default category for imported content.
One-click manual sync – Perform an instant content sync whenever you need it, without waiting for the next scheduled run.
Automatic 15-minute sync – WordPress polls Jolo for new content every 15 minutes via WP-Cron. No configuration required.
Smart duplicate protection – Each article is imported once, so the same content is never posted twice.
Optional IndexNow ping – When enabled, newly published articles are submitted to Bing, Yandex, and other IndexNow-compatible search engines for near-instant indexing.

shared. You can also review imported content as drafts before
publishing.
Works well with
Jolo works with the five most popular WordPress SEO plugins:

Yoast SEO
Rank Math
All in One SEO (AIOSEO)
SEOPress
The SEO Framework

External services
This plugin connects to the Jolo API (https://tryjolo.com) to fetch
your published articles and mark them as live after import. It runs
only when you have configured a Jolo API key.
Data sent to Jolo:

Your Jolo API key, on every request, to authenticate you.
On each sync: the ID of the website attached to your Jolo account, and the timestamp of the last successful sync, so only new articles are fetched.
After an article is imported: the resulting WordPress post ID, its permalink, your site URL, and whether the post is published or pending – so the article is marked as live in your Jolo dashboard.

Data received from Jolo:

Your account profile and the list of websites attached to it, used to identify which website’s articles to sync.
The article content and metadata you authored in Jolo (title, body, excerpt, SEO meta, featured image).

IndexNow (optional, off by default):
When IndexNow is enabled in the plugin settings, the plugin POSTs the
permalink of each newly published article to the public IndexNow API at
https://api.indexnow.org/indexnow, along with the host name of your
site and a per-site key generated by the plugin. The key is served from
a virtual URL on your own domain so the search engine can verify
ownership. No personal data is sent to IndexNow; only the public URL
and the verification key.
IndexNow is an open protocol jointly operated by Microsoft Bing,
Yandex, Seznam, Naver and Yep. A URL submitted to the IndexNow endpoint
is shared with all participating search engines so they can crawl it.
The plugin contacts api.indexnow.org, which is operated by Microsoft
Bing as a participating IndexNow host.

Privacy
This plugin does not set cookies, does not track visitors, and does not
collect data from end users of your WordPress site. The only data
leaving your site is the metadata listed in the “External services”
section above, and it is sent only to the Jolo API you configure.
